Job summary

1Click Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support residential service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Ottawa. You'll work hands-on on a variety of heating and cooling systems and heat pumps, with emphasis on safe, high-quality work in customers' homes.

The role requires a G2 Gas Technician certification, with 313D refrigeration as a plus, and a track record in residential HVAC.

Qualifications

• G2 Gas Technician certification is required.
• 313D Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic is preferred.
• Residential HVAC service and installation experience required or preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Able to work independently in customers' homes and communicate clearly.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance.
• Install and commission heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections.

1Click Energy Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Ottawa. This position is ideal for a hands‑on technician who is comfortable working in residential environments and has experience with service, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

You will work on a variety of HVAC equipment, with a strong focus on residential heating and cooling systems and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Install and commission heat pump-based heating and cooling equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC system issues
