Responsibilities

• Install mini-split and ducted heat pump systems.
• Upgrade electrical services to 200A, perform panel changes.
• Conduct load calculations and coordinate with utilities.
• Commission heat pumps, diagnose issues, and perform service calls.
• Handle warranty and follow-up service as needed.

We are currently seeking licensed HVAC and Electrical contractors in and around Corner Brook to support a growing volume of heat pump installations and electrical service upgrades.

This opportunity is ideal for both upstart and established contractors looking for consistent work without the need to manage sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.

Scope of Work

• Installation of mini-split and ducted heat pump systems
• Electrical service upgrades (to 200A), panel changes, and meter bases
• Load calculations and coordination with utilities as required
• Heat pump commissioning, diagnostics, and service
• Warranty and follow‑up service work as required

Contractor Requirements

• Valid Newfoundland & Labrador trade certification
• HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic (Journeyperson or Red Seal)
• Electrician (Journeyperson or Red Seal)
• Active liability insurance
• WorkplaceNL coverage (where applicable)
• Experience with cold-climate heat pumps is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and meet installation timelines
• Professional workmanship and customer‑first approach
