Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; open to all engineering areas.
• Graduated at least 45 days prior to start date of Graduate Training Program.
• Passion for continuous learning in technical fields.
• Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or capability to commence in-office work at least 3 months prior to GTP start date.
• Have the legal right to work in Canada.
• Posting may include remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
• Ability to temporarily relocate for 14-week training program.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work with engineers, architects, contractors and owners/developers in the design, application and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships by identifying and understanding customer needs throughout a full sales cycle.
• Enhance sales strategies through development of strategic opportunities and market analysis.
• Create and execute a sales plan and growth strategy for the territory and customers to meet sales targets.
• Achieve strategic objectives and established sales quotas through securing new design wins and managing the sales channel.
