Job summary
CJ Brubacher Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Elmira, Ontario. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment, including furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, and rooftop units.
A valid G2 Gas Technician Licence and 313A Refrigeration Licence are required; refrigeration experience is a strong asset. We offer year-round, full-time employment with a company vehicle, cell phone, RRSP matching, profit sharing, and
Qualifications
- Minimum G2 Gas Technician Licence required.
- Valid G Driver's Licence with clean driving record.
- Proven HVAC service and troubleshooting experience.
- Refrigeration experience strongly preferred.
- Residential and commercial HVAC experience is an asset.
- ODP Certification helpful.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Service furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, and rooftop units.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently; communicate findings to customers.
- Maintain high workmanship standards and safety compliance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development; work independently and in a team.

CJ Brubacher Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. - Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Service and repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, fireplaces, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repairs
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
- Work safely and comply with all company and industry safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and technical development opportunities
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum G2 Gas Technician Licence (required)
- Valid G Driver's Licence with clean driving abstract
- Proven HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
- Experience working with heat pumps
- Refrigeration experience strongly preferred
- Residential HVAC experience considered an asset
- Commercial HVAC experience considered an asset
- ODP Certification
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
