In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to customers by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, improving facility performance, and ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for system improvements, recommend solutions, and support customers through commissioning and aftermarket service activities. You will also prepare quotes and proposals for recommended repairs, upgrades, and energy-efficiency improvements.
Pay Range: $63.33 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
