In addition, we provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA). we will equip you with the tools and a vehicle to perform your job to the highest standard. You will provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related issues. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
How You Will Do It Apprentices will be trained and will perform work on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites. Apprentices will participate in certified training through the Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets and provide continued opportunities for recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues and customer needs. You will keep JCI, contractors, and customers advised of job progress and issues as needed. You will meet attendance requirements for required Union training during the first year. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including identifying upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
Pay Range: $31.97- $39.17 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
