Job summary

W3Global in Canada is seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician at the 3rd year apprentice or Journeyperson level. You will join a solid crew working on commercial, multi-family, and retrofit projects, delivering reliable service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing retrofit work, and communicating professionally with clients. On‑call rotations and a strong safety mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in Refrigeration/HVAC.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and retrofit work.
• Reliable, motivated, and easy to work with.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

We're growing and looking for a motivated HVAC/Refrigeration tech to join our team. Whether you're a strong 3rd year or a fully certified Journeyperson, if you know your stuff and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in commercial, multi-family, and retrofit projects-so the work stays interesting and challenging.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Working on commercial and multi-family sites, including retrofits
• Diagnosing issues and fixing them right the first time
• Communicating with clients and site contacts clearly and professionally
• Handling emergency service calls when needed
• Pitching in on other mechanical work (plumbing, gas, sheet metal) when required

What We're Looking For

• 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in Refrigeration/HVAC
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and retrofit work
