Qualifications

• Journeyperson Refrigeration & Air Conditioning certificate preferred (Red Seal welcome) or registered apprentice level.
• Refrigerant handling certification (ODP) preferred.
• Hands-on experience servicing residential HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace faulty components.
• Install new systems and perform retrofits per codes and standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance under year‑round service contracts.
• Provide professional customer service and accurate service documentation.
• Stay current with HVAC/refrigeration technologies and best practices.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, we pay based on experience. Journeyperson rate shown; apprentice rates scale with level.

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday

• Service, maintain, and repair of residential HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace faulty components, and complete repairs efficiently
• Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
• Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established accounts
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service and complete accurate service documentation
• Keep current with advancements in HVAC and refrigeration technologies and best practices

Job Qualifications:
