Job Summary

Ainsworth Inc is seeking experienced Sales Professionals focused on HVAC/R preventative maintenance to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The ideal candidate will have HVAC/R sales and service experience, along with knowledge of mechanical equipment and multi-discipline, multi-trade sales. Your primary focus will be expanding our market presence by securing new business within the GTA, building strong stakeholder relationships, and achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through collaboration with consultants, contractors, and building owners.
  • Develop compelling proposals and negotiate agreements showcasing our BAS solutions.
  • Build trust with decision-makers by understanding their needs and demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to surpass sales objectives and grow market share.
  • Secure profitable sales within your designated territory, optimizing profit margins.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree or diploma from university or college.
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with a passion for growth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, technical, and financial skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
