Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities.

The role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and compliance with codes and safety standards. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and related systems, troubleshooting faults, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
• May be required to perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on food service equipment such as Taylor Slush, BUNN coffee, and other F&B items
• Performs assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and guidance
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities

About the Role:

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
• May be required to Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on food service equipment such as Taylor Slush, BUNN coffee, and other F&B items
• Performs assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
