Job summary

GDI Ainsworth in London, ON is seeking a skilled Sales Professional focused on HVAC/R preventative maintenance to expand our market presence among consultants, contractors and owners. As part of the London-based team, you will develop strategic proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and build lasting relationships while driving revenue growth and delivering value through BAS solutions.

The role includes a base salary with commission as part of total compensation and a hybrid work model where

Qualifications

5 years minimum sales experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical sectors.
Proven track record of growing accounts and closing contracts.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Expand market presence by securing preventative maintenance contracts with consultants, contractors and owners in London, ON.
Develop compelling BAS solutions proposals and negotiate favorable terms.
Build trust with key decision-makers through listening, guidance, and technical credibility.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and grow market share.
Improve margins while securing sales orders in the assigned territory.
