WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Commercial and Industrial HVAC sales and Project Management
• Analyze customer design proposals and specifications for cost estimates
• Manage the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
• Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
• Manage a team to ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
• Manage project activities throughout the lifecycle, including resource allocation, documentation, and other success factors
• Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
• Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
• Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
• Maintain project schedules and cost summaries to track progress, budget, and resources

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of estimating experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not required
• Experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
• Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
