Job summary

EH Price Solutions, a division of Price Industries Limited, is seeking a Project Manager to optimize, apply, and order EH Price products. The role requires thorough understanding of mechanical systems to select and design partner products, delivering timely support to engineers, architects and customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC equipment, a passport for US travel, and a diploma or related field.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HVAC equipment related field.
• A valid passport and ability to travel to the US for product training is required.
• Diploma in Engineering Technology, Project Management or associated field are an asset.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam is a strong asset.
• Understanding of how to read & interpret construction drawings.
• Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, ethical business practices, and a reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with all industry stakeholders (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, Owners etc.)
• Control the project fulfillment process in accordance with company goals and objectives.
• Be able to identify and maximize opportunity.
• Product submittals drawings.
• Review and interpret equipment schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Identify discrepancies between contract documents, our quote, and the project requirements.
• Process orders expeditiously following the approval process and relay estimated delivery information to the customer.
• Carry out product selections to best suit the application at time of construction.
• Prepare quotations for any changes during the fulfillment process in collaboration with our customer.
• Self-educate, and attend manufacturer’s factory / training visits, to ensure you are constantly up to date on the latest product developments and software tools.
• Understand, and remain current with, both industry and local codes, regulations, and market trends, to ensure compliance.
• Service the contracting community in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain an understanding of our competitor’s product offering.
• Visiting job sites as and when on-site challenges present themselves.
• Work as part of a team, cultivating strong customer relationships remains a priority, involving exceptional service and a Customer First approach.
• Perform other duties assigned by your manager.
