Job summary

A leading manufacturer of HVAC solutions in Mississauga is seeking a Project Manager for Customer Services. You will manage projects from quote to closure, providing technical support to clients and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC systems, strong communication skills, and a technical background in project management. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working experience managing projects.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Ability to read drawings (CAD).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical customer support to field installers and contractors.
• Manage communication and workflow between clients and internal teams.
• Identify and manage risks and issues throughout projects.
• Ownership of change management on the project.
• Assist with the development of service literature and technical bulletins.

Skills

Trouble shooting HVAC equipment experience

Detailed working knowledge of HVAC refrigeration and heating

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong organizational skills

Experience in customer facing role

Education

Degree in Business/Technology/Engineering or Equivalent

Formal Qualification for PMP

Licensed Gas, HVAC, Propane, refrigerant certification
