Job summary

Noble is hiring at our Barrie location for a Counter Sales Associate - Plumbing. You will provide direct sales service and product information to customers in person or by phone/email, helping them find the right plumbing solutions.

Responsibilities include entering orders, pulling inventory, arranging delivery or loading orders, and identifying upsell opportunities to maximize sales and gross profit. You will thrive in a team-focused, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs.

The Counter Sales position ensures that we maintain our commitment to deliver the best client service in the business. This teammate will ensure our customers are provided outstanding service for their orders, while ensuring sales and gross profit are maximized.
