Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Branch Operations group.

The CSR/ISR sells the organization’s products and services for prospective and established customers. Whether at the counter, on the phone or through email or fax, the CSR handles customers’ needs by finding out what they need, answering questions, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth and quick sales process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience preferred.
• 5+ years in the HVAC industry preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build branch sales and maintain house accounts via dealer communication.
• Handle order processing, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors for shipments.
• Assist in warehouse and inventory counts.
