As our Human Resources Specialist, you will contribute to the Town’s mission of “Taking of Banff” by grounding employee and workplace policies, procedures and programs in a culture of integrity, inclusion, accountability and professionalism.
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this is a trusted, hands‑on senior role supporting employees and leaders across the organization. You will combine sound HR practice, practical knowledge of Alberta legislation, emotional intelligence and thoughtful judgement to foster a workplace where people feel supported, informed and able to do their best work.
Position Overview
The Human Resources Specialist supports the full employee experience—from recruitment and onboarding through development, performance management, employee relations and transitions.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 35 Hour Work Week
Compensation:$86,920.38 to $108,650.48 per year– based on education and work experience.
