Please note this is a 12 month fixed term role.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews all new hire paperwork, completes employment verifications, and administers Right to Work programs (i.e. E-verify)
Assists with the administration of STEMCELL’s global benefit programs (enrollments, changes, cancellations, billing), including health, pension, absence, and insurance plans
Acts as the first point of contact for employee and HR queries raised through HR ticketing, investigating issues and escalating where appropriate
General HR administrative duties such as drafting employment letters, and other duties as required
Knowledge and Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant HR experience (global or large workforce preferred)
Previous experience with benefits administration is an asset
Previous experience with HRIS Systems (Workday preferred) is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from :
58,500.00 - $79,100.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
