Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Associate is to support the team to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCommerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. Your role is crucial in providing an outstanding shopping experience and contributing to the store's success.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations, helping optimize inventory management, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive team player
• Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
