Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and welfare of employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Responsibilities include interviewing job applicants, developing personnel record forms, adjusting disputes and grievances, recommending necessary disciplinary actions, and analyzing, classifying, and evaluating jobs. Additionally, the manager administers employee welfare and recreation services and serves as an adviser to executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organizational changes.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum of 9-10 years in hospital management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master's or MBA degree.
  2. Familiarity with wage and hour laws.
  3. Knowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e., full-time, part-time, per diem, or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800.00 to $105,435.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
