We are looking for a bilingual (French and English) Human Resources (HR) Manager for a manufacturing industry located close to the Laval region.

Your mission:

• Manage all HR aspects of the plant
• Participate in recruitment for all vacant positions at the plant
• Promote our diversity and inclusion policies and other HR policies
• Participate in performance management activities and disciplinary case management
• Welcome and integrate new employees
• Participate in overall compensation management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
• Provide training on different staffing aspects as needed
• Foster positive relations between employees and unions
• Participate in and negotiate collective agreements, manage grievances
• Support the Health and Safety (SST) and Payroll departments
