The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in human resources or related programs and has a strong passion for people. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment events and supporting hiring processes. Responsibilities

• Identify and lead campus recruitment events.
• Maintain relationships with universities and colleges.
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar jobs.
• Process hires and manage background checks.
• Support student orientation activities.
• Assist with student orientation.
• Perform a variety of administrative functions including surveys, invoicing, and reporting.
• Help lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in early talent.
