A leading recruitment agency in Fredericton, Canada, is seeking a Human Resources Intern/Co-op. In this role, you will identify and coordinate campus recruitment events, maintain relationships with universities, and assist in full-cycle recruiting. Ideal candidates are enrolled in Human Resources or related programs, are highly organized, and have a passion for process improvement. This internship offers a dynamic hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while supporting Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion initiatives.

Formación

• Enrolled in Human Resources or related business programs.
• Ability to maintain trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events.
• Maintain relationships with existing universities and new institutions.
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events, globally
• Evolve the campus ambassadors program
• Maintain relationships with existing universities/colleges and form relationships with new institutions
• Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
• Accurately process hires into Manatal and manages background checks
• Assist with student orientation
• Perform a variety of administrative functions including surveys, invoicing, and reporting
• Help lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategic initiatives in the world on Early Talent

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Human Resources or related business programs.
• Highly organized, diligent, and good initiative
• Ability to maintain trustful relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and educational partners
• Ready to be an active participant on key Universities/Colleges campuses
• Creative with a strong desire for process improvement
