Job summary

A recruitment agency in Calgary is seeking a Human Resources Intern/Co-op to assist with campus recruitment initiatives, maintain relationships with educational institutions, and support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level positions. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in Human Resources or a related field, has strong organizational skills, and a passion for improving processes. This role offers a dynamic work environment with meaningful responsibilities and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, coordinate, and lead campus recruitment events.
  • Maintain relationships with existing universities/colleges and form relationships with new institutions.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
  • Assist in full-cycle recruiting for blue-collar and entry-level positions.
  • Accurately process hires into Manatal and manages background checks
  • Assist with student orientation
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including surveys, invoicing, and reporting
  • Help lead Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion strategic initiatives in the world on Early Talent
