  • Supporting recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication, to help build a strong team
  • Creating a welcoming and organized onboarding experience that helps new employees feel set up for success from day one
  • Assisting with HR compliance initiatives and supporting workplace health and safety documentation and tracking
  • Acting as a trusted resource for employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance the employee experience

  • Enjoy solving problems and finding more efficient ways to do things
  • Want to see the direct impact of your work on employees and the business
  • Prefer working in a collaborative environment where your ideas are welcomed and valued

We'd Like to Meet You If You...
