Job summary

CORE Architects Inc. at 130 Queens Quay East, West Tower, Toronto, ON is seeking a self-motivated Human Resources Generalist to start promptly. This permanent, full-time role requires a day shift from 08:30 to 17:00.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR activities, developing and evaluating policies, advising managers on benefits and collective agreements, recruiting staff, and managing performance programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English language.
• Certificate or diploma in other trades, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR department activities to meet organizational goals.

• Research and prepare job descriptions, salary scales.
• Administer benefits, employment equity, and other HR programs.
• Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
• Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and propose changes.
