As a critical member of the HR team, you help with talent acquisition, develop new team members, and maintain staff information. Your administrative support is integral to the success of the HR department, ensuring smooth and effective operations for our valued staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire training and support.
• Sort, file, manage, and distribute incoming and outgoing HR mail/paperwork.
• Manage the requisition process for all assigned job openings by sourcing candidates and reviewing applications/resumes.
• Coordinate training and scheduling of new team members with department managers.
• Stay updated on employment law issues.
• Assist the HR team with various research and/or special projects.

What You Bring

• Diploma or degree in human resources and two to five years of related HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing skills, efficient multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional people skills and a good understanding of labor laws and standards.
• Ability to respond promptly to team member requests, questions, and concerns.
• A solution-oriented personality who thrives on helping staff meet their goals.
• Insight and skills related to talent acquisition.
• Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
