Simcoe Muskoka Catholic District School Board is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to coordinate recruitment functions and support CBC/VSC processes. You will provide daily guidance to school administrators and staff while supporting HRBPs and HR projects.
The role requires a College Diploma in HR, 3–5 years HR experience, and strong knowledge of recruitment practices and HR legislation. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and ATS tools is beneficial.
Reporting to the Manager of Employee & Labour Relations, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Board's recruitment functions and supporting the Criminal Background Check (CBC) / Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) processes. The position provides daily customer service and guidance to school administrators, management, and department staff while offering ongoing support to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR projects
