Intact FC is seeking an HR Consultant on a 12-month contract to support the Ontario Claims Contact Centre. You will coach, advise, and partner with leadership to drive employee relations, performance, and talent development across a national HR Claims team.
You will analyze data, lead investigations, and help evolve people practices for a large client group, ensuring compliant, value-added HR partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
