What You'll Do :

• Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on HR best practices and employee matters.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing and pipeline development-especially via LinkedIn.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
• Champion employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
• Drive change management and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies.
• Ensure consistency and compliance in the application of HR processes.
• Maintain and utilize HR tools and systems, including SharePoint, BambooHR, and MS Office Suite.

What You Bring :

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
• Proven experience managing the entire HR value chain from hire to retire.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment standards, and change management strategies.
• A personable, approachable demeanor with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and BambooHR.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to execute and improve systems.
