Our client in the banking industry is looking for a HR Business Partner. This is a full-time permanent role that is hybrid (3 days a week in office).
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while providing comprehensive support in payroll, talent management, and HR operations. This role also includes payroll oversight, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and coordination with finance teams.
