The incumbent executes the HR strategy, tailoring solutions to Divisional/MU needs, delivering mission partner solutions and programs at the MU level, and supporting performance management and mission partner cycles. They also provide specialized HR advice to leaders and collaborate with the Service Centre on escalated inquiries and transactions.

Participate in ad hoc committees and maintain internal connections with various THQ departments.
Managerial/Technical Responsibilities:
Report to the Senior Human Relations Business Partner; no direct reports.
Financial and Material Management:
Contribute to HR-related budgets and plans; minimal involvement in financial decisions.
The role must be performed in accordance with The Salvation Army’s Mission Statement and code of conduct.
Working Conditions:
Mainly remote but requires onsite support 2 days/week at Ottawa locations and some travel for meetings.
