Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative HR solutions aligned with business objectives, fostering a high-performing workforce.
  2. Champion Agile HR practices, supporting iterative planning, cross-functional collaboration, and empowered decision-making.
  3. Drive a culture of continuous growth through impactful performance conversations, coaching, and feedback environments.
  4. Leverage data analytics to provide insights and drive informed, agile HR strategies aligned with business needs.
  5. Participate in workforce planning initiatives with managers and finance to anticipate future talent needs.
  6. Execute strategic HR initiatives, including planning, coordination, and evaluation within set timelines.
  7. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through programs that enhance the employee experience.
Work Experience
  • Background in HR, business, or leadership, via experience, career shift, or a combination.
  • Experience partnering with leaders on people challenges, organizational change, and development.
  • Proven track record of driving performance, retention, or culture initiatives.
  • Comfortable coaching and advising leaders, balancing strategy with execution.
  • Adaptability in shifting environments, focusing on solutions.

  • Bilingual in English/French for support across Canada and the US.
