Precision Drilling’s 2026 Internship Program seeks a HR Analytics Intern who is a current student pursuing a degree in HR or Business Analytics. Based in Calgary, you will support business reporting, dashboards, and data management within HR.
You will report to the Senior HR Analytics Specialist, collaborate with leaders, and gain exposure to Power BI, SharePoint, and data governance. Eligibility includes being 18+, starting May 6, 2026, and housing/transportation in Calgary.

The HR Analytics Intern will report to the Senior HR Analytics Specialist, based in the Calgary corporate office. They will be required to assist with business reporting and dashboards, data management, and help innovate process improvement.
General fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding or exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively
Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Business Technology Management, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment, focusing on HR Data Analytics is considered an asset, but not required
