Job Overview
Under the responsibility of the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will act as a generalist, participating in all human resources management activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory support as an HR expert to employees and managers, focusing on mobilization, performance management, development, and labor relations.
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Participate in annual performance evaluations and salary planning processes.
- Respond to HR policy and process inquiries, advising managers accordingly.
- Manage short and long-term disability cases, maintaining communication with employees, insurers, and managers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and improve HR management tools and participate in special projects.
- Maintain employee files ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in administering pension plans and group insurance.
- Prepare and publish monthly HR reports.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience as a generalist in HR.
- Knowledge of HR systems like SuccessFactors or Workday is an asset.
- Understanding of labor laws and experience in advisory roles.
- Autonomous, problem-solving skills, with good stress management.
- Excellent prioritization skills with flexibility.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French.
- Teamwork, diplomacy, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Boucherville & Chambly, QC facilities.
