Valleyview Co-op is hiring a Full-Time HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR at our Administration Office in Virden, MB.
What you?ll do:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the HR Advisor is responsible for administration of all payroll functions including guiding timecard completion and approvals, payroll administration, reconciliation, and payments.The HR advisor is responsible for acquisition and onboarding, benefits administration, training administration, provides support for all HR related programs and supports the HR department?s achievement of retail goals.

We are looking for applicants who have:
? Diploma in Business Administration, PCP certification or equivalent level of post-secondary education
? 3-4 years of office experience; preference will be given to experience in a Human Resources functions and payroll administration
? Must have intermediate excel skills as well as experience integrating technology into work function.
? Must have exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to gain confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.Must be able to use a variety of communication methods that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
? Exceptional planning and prioritizing skills to meet commitments that align with organizational goals.
