Zusammenfassung

Multimatic is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, manage HRIS data, assist in recruitment, and help onboard new hires for a smooth transition into the company.

You will coordinate training programs, assist with performance processes and employee relations, and help drive change initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Proficiency in Workday is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee HR initiatives.
