  • Support key HR operations and compliance activities, ensuring policies, procedures, collective agreements, legislative requirements, and organizational standards are consistently administered and maintained.
  • Coordinate immigration and employment administration processes, including SINP applications, employment verifications, personnel actions, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits and disability programs, including benefits administration, provider liaison, WCB, STD/LTD claims management, and return-to-work coordination.
  • Administer employee access, security, travel, and aviation-related programs, including RAICs, AVOPs, travel systems, identification credentials, uniforms, and related compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee transition activities, ensuring a seamless experience through orientation, documentation, system access setup, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and referral programs through service awards, employee events, appreciation initiatives, fitness subsidies, and culture-building activities.
What you'll bring
  • A certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to four years of progressive experience in Human Resources administration, supporting a wide range of HR programs and services.
  • Experience working with HRIS/HRMS platforms, maintaining employee records and administering employee data.
  • Strong knowledge of office administration practices, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide outstanding service to employees and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the aviation industry and/or a unionized environment is considered an asset.
