Job summary

Snowbird Aviation Services, in Saskatchewan, seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and renovations across Rise Air and Snowbird facilities. You will lead Attendants, coordinate contractors, and ensure high standards of safety and reliability.

Top candidates will have 5+ years in facilities management, knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and security systems, and strong leadership, with willingness to travel within Saskatchewan and work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, or a related field.
  • A journeyperson certificate, technical diploma or facilities management administrator (FMA) designation will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience of building systems, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and security systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead facility renovation, construction, and improvement projects from planning through completion.
  • Respond to facility emergencies and support business continuity and recovery plans.
  • Monitor budgets and facility-related expenditures, and prepare work plans, reports, and project updates for leadership.

What you'll get

The expected compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 to $78,686.40 per year. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
