Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity and compliance across HR systems
  • Draft, format, and edit professional HR documents including memos, letters, meeting minutes/notes, internal templates, and written correspondence
  • Draft compelling, accurate and compliant job advertisements based on role requirements
  • Post job ads across selected platforms and monitor performance
  • Assist recruiters with document collection (driver’s licenses, direct deposit information, outstanding paperwork, etc.)
  • Compile application data and recruitment spend to track/report on Sourcing ROI
  • Assist with ATS reporting and test for accuracy
  • Assist with pre-screening as required during high-volume periods
  • Reception duties including answering/directing calls, assisting walk-ins, troubleshooting technology issues with candidates
  • Responding to employee inquiries professionally and confidentially

What You'll Do

Qualifications
