  2. Develop and implement onboarding programs that ensure new hires are set up for success.

Performance Management & Talent Development:

  1. Implement structured performance management programs.

HR Compliance & Best Practices:

Qualifications:
  1. Strong experience in HR leadership roles with expertise in talent strategy, culture-building, and performance management.
  2. Experience in fast-growing or startup-like environments is an asset.
  3. Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and workforce planning.
  4. CHRP certification is an asset.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and partner with both executives and employees.
  6. Experience with HR technology platforms (Workforce Now from ADP preferred).
