Modern Niagara is seeking an HSE Coordinator to join the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project in Halifax. You will support a preventative safety culture, coordinate training, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across operations.
You will work with field teams and leadership to reduce risk, track statistics, and uphold client requirements, with on‑site responsibilities and opportunities to develop a long‑term career in construction safety.
We are seeking an HSE Coordinator to join our team on the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project in Halifax. The HSE Coordinator supports the delivery of a strong, preventative safety culture across Modern Niagara operations. They work closely with field teams, supervisors, and leadership to coordinate training, maintain compliance, manage documentation, and promote safe work practices. Success in this role means reduced risk, engaged workers, and consistent alignment with Modern Niagara’s health and safety standards.
The HSE Coordinator plays a critical role in protecting our people, supporting safe project execution, and upholding Modern Niagara’s reputation as an industry leader in health and safety. Their work helps ensure employees return home safely each day while enabling teams to deliver high‑quality work efficiently and in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Expected annual compensation; $52,000 - $60,000.
