Modern Niagara is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in Vancouver. The role focuses on administrative and technical support to ensure projects move forward efficiently, safely, and in line with Modern Niagara standards.
The candidate will manage documentation, schedules, and communications; coordinate with site teams and subcontractors; and participate in reviews and process improvements.
We are seeking a highly organized and technical Project Coordinator to join the team in Vancouver. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects. This role provides technical and administrative assistance to ensure projects move forward efficiently, safely, and in alignment with Modern Niagara standards.
Project Coordinators are critical to maintaining project organization, supporting field and office teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Their work directly impacts project success, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This is a replacement position. Expected annual compensation; $60,000 - $80,000.
