Job summary

An HVAC-R leader in Canada is seeking a passionate HRIS Analyst to support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The candidate will configure HR modules, ensure data quality, and support training initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or IT, 2–5 years of HRIS experience, and bilingual proficiency in French and English. Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of HRIS experience, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is an asset.
  • Project management or change management certification (PMP, PROSCI) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and test SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Recruiting.
  • Participate in design workshops and system integration activities.
  • Ensure data quality and security in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Provide Tier-2 support and contribute to biannual release updates.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Support training and change management initiatives.

Skills

Bilingual in French and English
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of Canadian HR and payroll practices

Education
