Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for an HRIS Administrator, to join our team reporting to the Manager, People and Culture Digitalization.
The Analyst, HRIS performs human resources related duties at the professional level to implement daily activities and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients as well as customers in assigned areas including HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and the implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with the mission and core values of the Company.
The Analyst, HRIS will play a key role in maintaining the system data integrity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Work with key business partners and act as a technical point of contact between Management, People and Culture Team Members, Finance, and IT.
- Process employee hiring, onboarding, termination information and maintaining employee records in the HRIS including but not limited to transfers, data changes, promotions, demotions, security role assignments ex: timekeeper, mass moves, re-organizations, re-alignments, cost center changes, delegations, leaves, compensation changes incl. stipends, job requisition assistance, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely input and approval of employee data transactions.
- Ensure maintenance and upkeep of employee files, including following HR and Governments Compliance standards.
- Support and coach employee and managers in understanding the Workday self-service tools.
- Provide training to end users and update procedural documents as needed.
- Coordinate the process of and collect all documents for Immigration requirements for foreign workers on work visa and its renewal.
- Prepare statistical summaries and special bi-weekly, monthly, and annual Ad Hoc reports from HRIS as required.
- Testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures.
- Responsible for assisting Payroll with troubleshooting problems and resolution.
- Troubleshoot, propose, develop, and execute continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Analyze, test, and provide constructive solutions to resolve system issues.
- Maintain, monitor and audit data integrity.
- Participate in the quarterly Internal audit activities.
Who Are We Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of related HRIS experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French to be able to communicate with our clients across Canada
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask efficiently and sense or urgency
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Knowledge of Workday, as asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
