Analyze HR processes and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience. Analyze new system functionality and make recommendations regarding implementation. Support the continuous evolution and improvement of Workday. Configure, test, and deploy new functionality and enhancements based on business requirements. Support HR technology needs across multiple functional areas and participate in ongoing transformation initiatives. Support activities related to the annual HR cycle in Workday. Troubleshoot reported issues and provide second-level internal support. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and applications through analysis, documentation, testing, and problem resolution. Comply with reporting guidelines established by the Global HR Technology team. Maintain appropriate information and documentation to support internal audit requirements. • Broad HR technology experience across multiple modules or HR processes.
  • Experience supporting HR technology transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience independently managing projects, initiatives, or technical workstreams.
Benefits
  • A dynamic team environment.
  • A stimulating and engaging workplace.
