The HR Systems and Process Specialist role is a key position within the HR Enablement team in Canada, reporting to the Senior HR Systems Specialist. This role supports daily HR operations, data management, system functionality, reporting, compliance, and time-off management. It also aims to enhance talent operational effectiveness by formalizing and improving end-to-end processes. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across recruitment, talent consulting, payroll, total rewards, partnership operations, IT, and liaising with EY’s third-party Talent Managed Service provider (IBM). This position is open to any office location in Canada.

The salary range in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600, determined by education, experience, skills, and location.
