Job Function
- Participate in developing a process framework and measures of process effectiveness for Supply Chain.
- Support establishing standards, procedures, and processes for improvements across all sites.
- Prepare project quality assurance plans.
Job Duties
- Support the development and maintenance of work programs, quality assurance plans, and audit plans.
- Develop and recommend a business process framework and implement performance measures, processes, and improvement initiatives.
- Advise and assist process owners in Supply Chain groups.
- Address non-compliance issues with supervisor to ensure adherence and accountability.
- Develop and coordinate training plans to meet division objectives.
- Create communication plans aligned with process schedules.
- Facilitate communication and integration forums for divisional objectives.
- Maintain corrective action reports for management.
- Assist staff with implementing new processes and change management.
- Establish performance objectives with process owners.
- Plan, assess, and improve processes continuously.
- Create visual models for process analysis and communication.
- Perform benchmarking to identify process improvements.
- Serve as Ariba Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain processes.
- Develop workflows using MS Power Automate and maintain related systems.
- Develop and sustain PowerBI dashboards.
- Update Ariba Catalog and guided buying interfaces.
Qualifications
Education
- Knowledge of business principles, processes, organization, change management, and their practical application.
- Ability to develop process frameworks and measures of effectiveness.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for preparing reviews, reports, and discussions.
- Typically acquired through a four-year university degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Experience in planning, organization, and change management related to business improvements.
- Familiarity with process improvement policies, principles, and communication systems.
- Understanding of interdepartmental relationships and organizational processes.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills
