Role Overview
As the HR Specialist, Total Rewards , you will support the strategic and operational delivery of Alamos Gold’s global Total Rewards programs. From compensation benchmarking to benefits administration, you’ll provide insights and solutions that help attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the Global Head, Total Rewards, you’ll work closely with HR colleagues, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
