DECIEM is seeking an HR Onboarding & Change Specialist to lead tactical onboarding and employee transitions across North America, with a focus on Canadian operations. The role manages entity updates, email provisioning, data reconciliation, and regional transition logistics.
You will coordinate with IT, Payroll, Legal, and People Ops to ensure data accuracy and smooth processes, while maintaining documentation and weekly progress updates for Canada and North America.

The HR Onboarding & Change Specialist is an operational role focused on leading
the tactical execution of employee transitions across North America, with a primary
emphasis on Canadian operations. This role is dedicated to ensuring the smooth,
accurate movement of team members into ELC systems; managing entity record
updates, email provisioning workflows, data reconciliations, and regional transition
logistics. Sitting one level below the HR Change Manager, this position drives local
onboarding coordination, active stakeholder outreach, and North American project
support.
2-4 years of relevant corporate experience in HR, onboarding, People Operations, or administration, with a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 CAD.
Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
